Whistleblower Hotline

PICA Group provides all employees with a confidential means for reporting suspicious or known illegal or unethical conduct. All suspected incidents of fraud and corruption can be reported to the PICA Group Whistleblower Hotline. The hotline is an independent service run by Stopline. The service provides third party support for the reporting of misconduct and other serious workplace issues within a confidential and safe environment.

  • Contact the PICA Group Whistleblower Hotline by phone, email, or post. There is no need to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so.
  • Remember that your work internet, email, and identity may not be secure or confidential therefore; to preserve anonymity, you may wish to use an alternative (outside work) reporting method.

It is important that all instances of fraud and corruption (or suspected fraud and corruption) be reported. The PICA Group Whistleblower Hotline provides a confidential reporting mechanism that ensures the protection of “whistle-blowers”.  The PICA Group Whistleblower Hotline, has:

  • dedicated hotline channels (i.e. a direct call number, email address and website link) for employees, contractors and other stakeholders to report suspected incidents of improper conduct;
  • timely reporting of incidents to dedicated representatives within PICA Group (with anonymity of individuals if requested); and
  • professional forensic investigators taking the calls and analysing disclosures.

PICA Group has appointed the CFO as the Disclosure Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring that all serious complaints are handled appropriately. The Disclosure Officer is responsible for PICA Group‘s role in managing disclosures which involves deciding what action to take about the report and being the contact point for both Stopline and the PICA Group Board.
